How do you count employees?

We count the number of employees invited to your surveys, not the number of responses you receive. If your headcount moves into a new tier, we simply adjust your plan at the next renewal.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Move up or down at any time from your account settings — changes are prorated, so you only pay for what you use.

Is there a free trial?

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no credit card is required. You keep any data you collect during the trial.

Do you offer monthly billing?

Yes. Annual billing is shown above because it works out cheaper; monthly billing is available at checkout at a slightly higher rate.

What about more than 250 employees or multiple sites?
